Urban Design
Designing a new neighborhood feels like shaping a living organism - each part must function independently, yet connect seamlessly with the whole. We start with a blank site and build the process from the ground up.
We determine building typologies – villas, houses, residential blocks, restaurants, hotels, spa facilities – and identify what the context is missing. Once the program is set, we outline the target users and their needs so we can parcel the site intelligently and design truly functional buildings.
Next comes zoning and the public realm: street hierarchy and widths, cross-sections, canopies, paving, planting, and lighting. Plotting for villas, restaurants, and other uses follows a clear scenario, carefully aligning prime views, openness to the landscape, and maximum privacy between plots.
After the macro plan is in place, we move to the micro scale – designing individual plots and buildings, including villas, restaurants, hotels, and other components. Everything is developed in line with local regulations, with respect for the genius loci and the client’s vision. This is where we plan parks, gardens, access points, and the balance of shared and private outdoor spaces to create a coherent urban and architectural language.
