The stay in the Kitz Chalet One is a holistic experience, capturing the essence of relaxation in the sauna, basking in the swimming pool, and feeling the coziness in the warmth of the fireplace. Each spatial element is thoughtfully incorporated, embracing the resident with a magical connection to the chalet.
The fundamental elements of cubic Kitzbuehel architecture were retained, with wall curvature transforming this geometry into a distinctive style. The contour of the landscape is a strategic extension of the organic architectural curvatures. At Formvision Luxury, we embrace a holistic philosophy, orchestrating a seamless transition between the architecture and the landscape. This integration is reflected in each aspect of the project with architectural concepts created with thoughtful intent, ensuring residents partake in an immersive and enriched experience during their stay at our retreat. Leveraging our extensive experience in the automotive industry, window details were implemented as a signature Formvision mark. Additionally, roof curvatures are the only divergence that sets Kitz Chalet One apart from the archetype of the Tyrolean region’s architecture.
Given Formvision Luxury’s expertise in the hospitality sector, the concept was to create a villa with hotel elements, incorporating hotel architecture. It was our intention to present traditional architecture in a modern manner, showcasing our interpretation. In creating villas, we strive to create an atmosphere in which the inhabitants feel as if they are on a daily retreat.
Throughout the whole project, there’s a central elevator core extending from the garage to the second floor, alongside a staircase. In the basement, we can find a laundry room with a toilet, a technical room for the functioning of the house, and a home cinema, where we can enjoy watching Christmas movies in a cozy atmosphere.
A dual-car garage platform descends from the ground floor to the basement, offering a space-saving and practical solution for parking two vehicles in a single, streamlined system. The ground floor houses a semi-enclosed pool with sliding doors, creating a seamless connection between the interior and exterior, allowing free movement from the inside to the pool. In the pool, we can enjoy all seasons, soaking up the sun during warm summer days and enjoying the captivating winter wonderland of the snowy landscapes.
Adjacent to the garage and the pool, the ground floor includes a toilet, gym, zen garden, sauna, and whirlpool.
The first floor features a master room with a panoramic view of the scenery and an office area, alongside a toilet with a bath overlooking the mountains. On this floor of the villa’s wings, we can also find two spacious guest bedrooms with walk-in closets and guest bathrooms.
The second floor represents an open floor plan with a kitchen, and a dining area, together with a living room and fireplace. The architectural execution of the interior emphasizes a raised roof to achieve an open floor plan and airiness, especially due to limited space. The idea was to maximize enjoyment on the terraces.
The main feature of this house is the two large spacious terraces located on the sides of the house, designed for entertainment and enjoying the luxury that the retreat has to offer. One side includes a dining table, a large grill, and an open outdoor kitchen for celebrations, while the other is a lounge area intended for relaxation and soaking in the beauty of the surroundings. One can enjoy the first rays of Kitzbuehel’s spring sun while sipping on a coffee in the early morning, looking at the breathtaking views of the mountain range and lush greenery.
