Villa Evolution
Inspired by high-quality, luxurious architecture with beautiful lake and sea views, we have concluded that truly exceptional design, like a person, fits effortlessly into any setting, retaining its unique character without the need to adapt.
The idea for this villa was to create an open and airy space with the highest degree of privacy. Therefore, the outdoor seating area is shielded by a large wall with a water curtain, and panels are placed on the first floor. On the ground floor, we wanted to emulate the atmosphere of a party house. At the entrance, there is a bar with a seating area and a view of the pool. In the central part, there is an elevator that connects all the floors and a staircase core resembling the archetypal Palladian villa, with a dining room in the central part and an outdoor kitchen, half of which is inside and half outside, merging the interior with the exterior. Next to the dining room is the living room with a view of the car, a perfect example of what Formvision Luxury, automotive, and architecture together can create. We create a lifestyle. The car is positioned on a platform that provides access to the basement with parking spaces, a well-stocked wine cellar, and a captivating home cinema. This space is perfect for enjoying movie nights with friends and family or enjoying wine tastings.
On the first floor, there are bedrooms with bathrooms and a home office. Privacy is very important here, so there are panels and high walls. To fully utilize the potential of the location, which allows for complete enjoyment of the magical view, terraces were designed on the first floor as well as in the attic area. In the attic area, there is a spa with a massage space, a whirlpool on the terrace on one side, and a home gym on the other side. Next to it is a large terrace where we can wake up, train, breathe in the sea air, and feel the sun on our skin.
The entire house is designed as a theater that reveals the natural panorama. The villa features the most modern design elements of our time, choosing quality materials that enrich this space. This is a brief and superficial description of this villa, but the true jewels of this villa are yet to be revealed to the client.
