Infinity Villa

Costa del Sol, Spain
Infinity Villa represents a blend of timeless neoclassical elegance and contemporary design. The villa’s architecture is defined by a clear façade rhythm, with strong vertical and horizontal elements that convey stability and grandeur, while light tones and refined decorations bring a sense of airiness, purity, and subtle sophistication. Large openings allow abundant natural light and create a seamless transition between interior and exterior, while the penthouse and expansive terraces emphasize exclusivity and a feeling of openness.

“Fashion fades, only style remains the same.” – Coco Chanel

The outdoor spaces are designed as a private oasis. Behind the villa lies a pool with sun loungers and a summer kitchen, along with carefully planned areas for outdoor living. This section is conceived to function independently, offering a sense of luxury and relaxation even without a sea view, while also making the most of the existing landscape and panorama.

The approach to the villa clearly separates the public zone from the private spaces. Pathways are thoughtfully arranged, creating an intimate sequence of arrival and experience. Landscaped greenery, discreet lighting, and the clean geometry of walkways introduce a sense of elegance and order even before entering the villa itself.

The atmosphere of Infinity Villa exudes the serenity of a French garden, where water features and meticulously shaped green areas echo the architectural lines. Spacious terraces open toward the sea and the horizon, while the harmonious interplay of natural materials, water, and light creates a sense of balance and a luxurious retreat.

The project is designed by Milica Gruban, Formvision Luxury, in collaboration with XANIA Real Estate, Switzerland’s leading luxury developer renowned for excellence in Zurich and beyond.
